Lower Back Pain

My name is John Bruin and I have been dealing with lower right back pain for almost 2 yrs now. At first the the pain wasn't really a pain at all but a tingling the the fingers which seem to progress to the leg and then to the toes. The pain shooting through the lower right back and right buttock were so severe that it caused problems with walking. After several medical tests that didn't show anything abnormal, x-rays and an MRI were done to reveal a slipped disk. Not having surgery was the #1 goal, so the quest began to find solutions.
